VSU, California (Pa.) to play on ESPNU at 11 am Saturday

Valdosta, Ga. - The NCAA announced Sunday morning that California (Pa.) will host the Division II Football National Semifinal game between the Vulcans and Valdosta State.

The game will be played next Saturday, December 8, at 11:00 a.m. The contest will be televised live on ESPNU nationwide.

The 2007 semifinal appearance marks the third time in school history that the Blazers have played as one of the four remaining active teams. In its two previous semifinal games, which occurred in 2002 and 2004, the Blazers won to advance to the National Championship game.
